Wire EDM Solutions provides CNC EDM Hole-Drilling sometimes referred to as Hole-Popping . A process that quickly burns holes into in any conductible material such as soft or hardened A-2, D-2, Carbide, or other difficult to machine steels. Our machine can burn with electrodes as small as .004″ in diameter or as large .256″ diameter and is capable of fully submersed cutting.
